New hosts Steve and Feng began living and working at the motel in May 2015, finding a new and exciting life path in the management of the motel. Steve having lived in Christchurch his whole life offers great knowledge of the area and can assist you in any queries you may have. Also a keen sportsman and adventurer, Steve knows a whole range of activities in Christchurch and the rest of the South Island that tourists will love. His wife Feng comes from Nanning, Guangxi, China and is fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese.
